US regulators to monitor cryptocurrency industry more careful

US financial regulators have announced a tightened control over the cryptocurrency market, according to the collaborative article by SEC Chairman Jay Clayton and CFTC Chairman Christopher Giancarlo.
Reportedly, the regulators along with other government authorities will keep monitoring and eliminating fraud on the cryptocurrency and ICO market. They will allocate significant funds for this purpose. Besides, one will offer more efforts to control the industry.
Jay Clayton and Christopher Giancarlo believe that digital currencies are more frequently used as investment assets, while their initial payment role has become secondary.
The heads of regulators stress that they follow the policy aimed at the adaptation of existing legislation to the cryptocurrency market regulation.
